Website_Warden WordPress is amazing software. To ensure your WordPress website stays secure, it is very important to keep it updated with the latest software and backed up regularly. We handle those updates and backups, plus provide proactive monitoring, malware scans and about a hundred other little things to keep your website running safely and smoothly so you don’t have to worry about it. We do all of that quietly in the background, so you and your team, designer, visitors, cat, dog etc can still view and use your website as normal. This service is for WordPress sites only.

Do I have to pay in Canadian Dollars?

Nope. WebWoodsmen is a Canadian company, eh? – hence why our prices are in CAD. Not to worry, we take equivalent payment in your own credit card’s currency.

Can I leave at any time?

Yes. We’d be sad to see you go, but we won’t tie you down. Give us a call 5 business days before your billing date and we’ll cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

All WordPress Updates

We handle all WordPress core, plugin and theme updates found in your WordPress admin panel. All updates are fully reviewed before being implemented on your site. After each update, we’ll fully test your site to ensure it stays safe and functional.

Malware and Security Scanning

All sites are monitored continually for malware attacks and potential security threats. If compromised, Business and Enterprise customers will have their sites repaired as part of their package. Essentials customers have the option of requesting a repair quote or rolling their site back to a previous clean backup (if available). Monitoring and clean-up is handled with Sucuri and other carefully selected software.


Website Optimization

Our back-end team constantly look for ways to optimise your site. At a minimum, all customers will have their WordPress database regularly cleaned and optimised, sites will be regularly tested and owners informed of any bottlenecks that should be addressed. For Enterprise customers we include full optimisation including but not limited to image compression, caching, CDN setup and code tweaks.


Full Website Security and Performance Audit

When you sign up we’ll conduct a complete audit of your website. We include a security audit, site health check, site speed test, and review of your host as part of your onboarding, ensuring that you start off with us on the right foot. If there are any major issues with your site, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive plan of attack.

Regular Site Backups

Sleep easy knowing that your site data is always backed up. Every plan features multiple daily backups stored locally and in the cloud. Business plans feature monthly snapshots and Enterprise plans benefit from snapshots as well as real time backups!

24/7 Site Monitoring

Our systems monitor the uptime of your site every minute. If your site goes down, we’ll let you know. For Business and Enterprise users our Warden platform also monitors for file changes, suspicious activity, brute force attacks, malicious IPs and dangerous bots. Both the tools we use and the actions we take can be catered to your individual needs, so threats to your website are identified and neutralized quickly.
